Pedro is a problem solver with over a decade of experience in complex litigation. Being an expert both in Constitutional and Commercial Law he spearheads the firms practice before Federal Courts, including all Habeas Corpus cases (Amparo).
Mr. Martínez Juárez is also a distinguished scholar. He completed the prestigious Master in Laws program (CONACYT) at Estado de México University Law School where he also obtained both his J.D. degree and Master Degree with honors. During his legal studies he was awarded various grants and scholarships. He attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid University (Spain) as undergrad and later Universidad Complutense (Spain) as visiting researcher. His field of academic interest is the intersection of human rights with both commercial and constitutional law.
He teaches civil procedure at various private universities. Besides his native Spanish, he is fluent in English.
Before joining Mondragón Openlaw in 2022, Mr. Arellano was head of litigation in civil, commercial and family matters at another prestigious law firm.
Mr. Martínez is married. He enjoys traveling.
