Our firm was born as an idea in the halls of Harvard´s Langdell Library. At that time,  legal scholars at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society were exploring the open sofware collaboration model to craft legal arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court. Influeced by such ideas we dreamed of a new business model for the legal profession, one where overhead can be reduced and compensation increase. Our dream was to offer the ordinary citizen top legal advice under affordable fees, while still securing to the legal talent the income and professional challenge associated with big law practice. Our name honors such dream.
